What is Hustle?
Hustle is our own Minecraft Java server, written from scratch for multi-core CPUs. It runs vanilla 26.3 gameplay and checks it against the official server. See the numbers.
Will my Paper plugins work?
Most will. Hustle runs Paper and Bukkit plugins through a compatibility layer. We've tested LuckPerms, WorldGuard, FastAsyncWorldEdit, Multiverse-Core, Chunky, spark and Simple Voice Chat. If you're not sure about a plugin, ask us.
What do TPS and MSPT mean?
TPS is game speed: 20 TPS is full speed, and anything lower makes the whole game run in slow motion. MSPT is how long each game update takes. It has to stay under 50 ms, so for MSPT lower is better. On our stats page we mostly show "spare capacity" instead: how much room is left before lag, where higher is better.
Can I bring my existing world?
Yes. Hustle reads and writes standard Minecraft 26.3 worlds, and vanilla opens Hustle's saves just the same.
Which Minecraft version do you support?
Minecraft Java Edition 26.3. Bedrock players will be able to join once Bedrock support ships.
